By using Keep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Keep is a bookmark and content saving service. You can save links, extract Markdown content, and access your saved items via the web app, Chrome extension, API, CLI, and mobile share sheet.
Keep saves links and extracts content from publicly available web pages on your behalf. We do not claim any rights to that content. Any notes or tags you add are yours.
Do not use Keep to store or distribute illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your saved content will be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Keep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
